Wapix processes recipient telephone numbers and message bodies strictly to facilitate transmission to the designated WhatsApp receiver. We never sell, rent, monetize, or harvest recipient contact information or message content for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.

All traffic between your application servers and Wapix is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocol. Access to your gateway session and API credentials requires programmatic authentication using your secret API key or JWT bearer tokens.
